Ct Pride is organized to further the competitive skills and the ideals of the game of football; To inspire youth to exhibit good sportsmanship, teamwork, high moral standards, and the importance of education.
Our objectives are to build programs that contribute positively to the growth and development of our participants and to instill virtues that will help them grow into responsible adults and team players.
Established Since 2015
Connecticut Pride Football is a youth sports organization created in 2015 with the purpose of providing a positive atmosphere where athletes can improve their skills and learn the importance of teamwork, sacrifice, and competition. Our vision is to develop well-disciplined athletes who strive for personal, athletic, and educational excellence both on the field and in the community. We feel it is of utmost importance to provide an atmosphere where athletes will form one brotherhood, regardless of background or ethnicity.
Coach & Chief Operating Officer
Kih Best
After a career at New Milford HS, Coach Kih took his talents to Fitchburg State. Coach Kih returned to his native Danbury to give back to the next generation of football players.
Over five years of coaching at the Pop Warner level, Coach Kih wanted to expand his reach and created CT Pride to offer football development programs to the youth of CT.
Coach Kih has influenced many middle school players while coaching the travel youth teams.

Rob Best
Coach Best is a Danbury native whose long-term football career was cut short by injury yet did not end his passion to give back.
Coach Rob's coaching career has taken him to Danbury Trojans Pop Warner fields and Westport PAL, and Greenwich Country Day.
In addition, Rob has been the Team Director for CT Pride's All- Start that competed in the FBU National Championship Tournament.
When not coordinating CT Pride events, Rob serves as a basketball, lacrosse, and football official.

Joe Bouffard
Joe Bouffard brings over 25 years of football experience to CT Pride. Coaching stops at Ithaca College, WCONN, and Kean University, along with Fairfield Ludlowe, Warde, and 2x State Championships at New Canaan HS.
Coach Bouf has been influential on the regional and national level with his involvement in building FBU's Camps, the FBU National Championship Tournament along with the All-American Bowl (formerly the US Army All-American Bowl)

Todd Rubsamen
Todd is a Wall Street veteran who has worked at Lehman Brothers, Citigroup, Morgan Stanley, Deutsche Bank and is currently a Vice President at Alex. Brown. Graduating Magna Cum Laude with degrees in International Business, from the George Washington University, and Finance, from Columbia Business School, Todd has advised entrepreneurs and business executives in the US, Europe, the Middle East and Asia for more than 20 years.

Lori Ferraro
Lori is a creative and dynamic marketing professional with over 24 years of experience in marketing,fundraising, graphic design, public relations and communications.Lori currently works for Hartford HealthCare and is responsible for the execution of all phases of high-level marketing, communication and brand management for Hartford HealthCare’s Heart & Vascular Institute Cancer Institute, Connecticut Orthopaedic Institute and Digestive Health Institute.

Dave Rosenburg
David joined the Firm in 2018 in the area of Litigation, Real Estate, Corporate/Commercial Law, Land Use, and Appellate Practice and brings 20+ years of experience to GCGH. David is also adept at handling both the transactional and the litigation side of cases. He is a member of the American Bar Association, the Connecticut Bar Association, and the Connecticut Mortgage Bankers Association.
Born in Oakville, Ontario (Canada), David earned his Juris Doctorate in 1998 from Quinnipiac University and earned his Bachelor’s Degree from McGill University in Montreal (Canada).

Eric Kapitulik
Eric is a graduate of the United States Naval Academy, where he was a four-year varsity letter recipient on their Division 1 lacrosse team.
After graduation in 1995, Eric went on to serve in the United States Marine Corps as both an Infantry Officer and Special Operations Officer with 1st Force Reconnaissance Company, 1st Marine Division. In 1999, during a routine training mission to prepare for an upcoming deployment to the Persian Gulf, Eric and his Force Recon platoon were in a helicopter crash that resulted in the death of six of his Marines. In an effort to raise money for a college scholarship fund set up for the children of his deceased teammates, Eric left active duty after eight years of service and received his MBA from the University of Chicago Graduate School of Business in 2005. He founded The Program in 2008.

Felix Malitsky
A first-generation American, Felix admits he has embraced every opportunity available to him. As the founder of the Manhattan-based financial firm, Fortis Lux Financial, Felix had a vision to create a microcosm of opportunity for both the firm’s clients and its financial professionals and support team. He started out as an advisor in 2002 and quickly rose through the ranks of management. He served in leadership roles at American Express Financial Advisors and MetLife, prior to founding Fortis Lux Financial. While leadership comes naturally to him, and he is by temperament a driver, Felix recognizes that the essence of true leadership is service. This belief in large part explains the high financial professional retention rate within the firm, as well as its strong culture.

Mike Ferraro

Upon graduation was the all-time leader passer, completions, touchdowns, and yards passing LIU school history. Mike also coached High School and College football in Upstate NY. He ran a youth football league for six years upon moving to Cheshire CT.
Mike owned and operated a successful industrial service company for over 25 years that he just recently sold.

Dave Rudini
David is a principal with Deloitte Consulting LLP and serves as the Chief Analytics Officer for Deloitte Analytics. He also leads the global Deloitte alliance with SAS. David has more than 24 years of experience in human resources strategies and advanced analytics consulting. David has worked with clients in numerous industries including telecommunications, life sciences and medical devices, utilities, public sector, consumer products, financial services, retail, manufacturing, services, and not-for-profit. Dave played from 1985-1988 as a Wide Receiver at the University of Pennsylvania
